RULES OF THE GAME
CONDUCT. Fighting, abusive language and un-sportsmanlike behavior by a player, coach, league member, or parent may result in his/her immediate, irrevocable and permanent suspension from the Region, and forfeit of any Fees paid.
Coaches. Behavior during a game (and including pre & post game) when deemed inappropriate will be subject to review.
Cautions. Any coach receiving 3 cautions will be suspended for one game. Any coach receiving 5 cautions will receive a one game suspension. Any Coach receiving a 6th caution, will receive a 2 game suspension starting with the next game.
Ejection's. Any coach ejected for a spectator's behavior will be reviewed. Any coach ejected for descent will receive an automatic suspension for the next game. A second (2) offense is an automatic 2 game suspension. Any coach who approaches a referee after his/her game and complains about that game will be suspended for one game. Any coach who uses a offensive gesture or verbally abuses a referee in or out of uniform will receive a three game suspension (suspension to start with in 7 days). Any coach who touches a referee in or out of uniform will be suspended for no less then one calendar year.
- A written report is required by the coach and his league within 48 hours for all ejection's, cautions or for termination of a match. It shall be provided to their league. The league will past to the Commissioner or the Asst. Commissioner. Failure to do so, could lead to suspension of coach.

Players. Misconduct will be dealt with by the referee and will be subject to review.
Referee will submit in writing (within 24 hours)any ejection's to the Region's referee representative for presentation to the Region 1292
CARDING POLICIES
- U6 will generally not be carded, but will receive a caution and a explanation from the referee. Continuous fouls will give the referee the right to sit the player/players out for the rest of the game.
- A red card is a game suspension for the next game.
- A youth receiving 2nd red card shall require review of the Region to continue to play.
- A youth receiving 3rd red card shall be suspended for the remainder of the season and a review by the Region prior to play in the following season.
The Referee has authority to terminate a game for any reason that relates to conditions that in her/his opinion is unsafe to players, coaches or spectators. Likewise the Region's appointed official has the authority to over ride a referee's decision to play. The referee will have authority to control the game in a way as to complete a fair and safe game. The referee will have the power to eject a player, coach or spectator in order to satisfy the completion of a safe game. The referee will hold the coach/coaches responsible for any action by his bench or spectators and will be subject to ejection for their actions.
.GAME RULES:
League play will be governed by the current Region's rules.
PLAYING RULES, MODIFIED:
- There will be a 10 minute grace period. Teams must be ready to play and on the field at the end of the grace period.
- Number of Non-players allowed in the team area are four (4); 1 head coach, 2 assistant coaches, 1 team mom/dad.
- All coaches will remain in the designated area on their respective side of the field during the game.
- Subs will enter from the mid touch.
- Female block will be allowed by holding their arms over their chests for protection. Judgment on the move will be called by the officials.
- Back to keeper rule from U10 and up.
- Stop clock for injuries only.
- Slide tackles are allowed from U12 up.
- Tackles from behind that are violent with little or no attempt to play the ball is a RED CARD.
- Tackles that trips the player with out getting the ball is a caution if done in a manner that the referee thinks is dangerous.
- Caution player does not have to leave the field of play (unless the referee thinks it's in the best interest of the game).
- If a game is halted due to rain or other adverse conditions, teams must not leave the area for 15 minutes. Officials will make a definite decision whether the game will continue or be canceled.
- Game ending in a tie will remain a tie.
- Starter Earrings, may not be worn
- Keeper jersey must not match their team's or the opponent's jersey.
17. Hard casts are not allowed period. Soft cast are allowed; ie: light plastic with a least 1" of soft rubber padding. A release from the player's doctor must be presented to the Referee, he still has final judgment.
Game Lengths: Ball : Must be USSF, AYSO, or FIFA approved.
U10 Halves 25 min. ea. 4 8 v 8
U12 Halves 30 min. ea. 4 9 v 9
- There will be two (2) minute period between quarters and an eight (8) minute period at half-time.
- Each player will play at least two (2) quarters per game or half the game (except in the case of injuries, sickness, ejection's and/or any disciplinary action). No player will play a full game unless all players play ¾ of the game.
- *Games ending in a tie will remain a tied contest, except for tournament play.
EQUIPMENT:
- Shoes: Official rubber molded soccer shoes or tennis shoes may be worn.
- Soccer shoes with removable studs are not allowed.
- Baseball shoes unmodified or modified can not be worn.
- Shin guards: Must be commercial and must be completely covered by socks.
- Head wear will be allowed as long as it is forgiven, no bills or protruding objects. Referee's judgment.
- No type of head wear maybe secured with a knot or any other fastening device.
FIELD EQUIPMENT and FIELD CONDITIONS:
All field equipment will be furnished by the host league for all home games.
- No cones higer than 2" are to be used as corner markers. flags 5 feet or higher are to be used.
- The host league is responsible for insuring that the field(s) are playable and in safe condition.
- A host league official shall notify the league president one (1) hour (or time specified by the referee's Association) prior to the earliest game if any un-playable or unsafe conditions exist at the host league field(s).
